Louis Kwall is a fixture in the Clearwater legal community and has been practicing law for more than 50 years.

Lou was twice elected to represent the Sixth Judicial Circuit on the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar. He has served in leadership roles on innumerable commissions and committees, including but not limited to the Pinellas Sports Authority and Pinellas County Charter Review Commissions. He is a former President of the Clearwater Bar. Lou was even awarded the Clearwater Bar’s Ralph Richards Award in recognition of his extraordinary sense of care, dedication, concern, and service to both the legal profession and the community.

Lou is a former prosecutor and was the Chief Assistant State Attorney in the Consumer Fraud Division, Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He was Special Assistant Attorney General in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Lou attended law school at the University of Florida College of Law and received his undergraduate education from the University of Pittsburgh.

Lou is admitted to The Florida Bar, the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, United States District Courts for the Middle Districts of Florida, and the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
