Attorney Michelle Nadeau is a Board-Certified Labor & Employment Attorney. Certification is the highest level of recognition given by The Florida Bar for competency and experience within an area of law. Michelle is also a Past Chair of the Labor & Employment Board Certification Committee for The Florida Bar.

Michelle is a graduate of The University of Michigan Law School and The University of Michigan where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics.

Michelle currently serves as the President of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Executive Council for the Labor & Employment Section of the Florida Bar and a member of the Florida Bar Federal Court Practice Committee. Michelle is a Past President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Clearwater Bar Association and a Past Chair and current Vice-Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section. She is a member of the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Clearwater Bar Association, the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin, and a 2014 graduate of Leadership Pinellas. Michelle was also a Fellow of the Florida Bar’s Leadership Academy. Michelle is a founding member of Palm Harbor Cares, an organization dedicated to supporting local non-profits, and currently serves as its Treasurer.

Michelle is a member of The Florida Bar, the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
