Very impressed with all of my interactions with various employees of the firm. Each step of the way I was treated with respect and listened to. Jackie was incredibly helpful on the phone, and when I arrived for my initial meeting, Cynthia was so kind and brought me a cup of coffee. I was a little nervous at first, but Mr. Barack was very easy to talk to! And, I felt like he was forthright in helping me find the solution that was best for ME. While I hope none of my friends/family ever need the firm's services, I would absolutely recommend Mr. Barack and KBN. I hope this review helps someone who is in need of an honest firm/attorney.
