Our Process

What to Expect When You Call Our Firm

When you call Kwall Barack Nadeau PLLC, you will find an experienced staff member to answer your questions. We will ask for your contact information, your employment information, and a summary of the reason for your call. Our staff can then determine if a consultation with one of our attorneys is appropriate or if they can otherwise direct you to get the assistance you need.

Once a consultation has been scheduled, we will ask that you provide the relevant documents so our attorneys can review them beforehand. During your consultation, you will have a one-on-one discussion with an attorney about your specific situation who will offer advice and guidance given the relevant employment laws.

In some situations, that advice is all an individual is looking for and that is the end of the relationship. In other situations, further action and/or litigation is appropriate and those options will be discussed.

We are able to take many cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning you only pay us if we win or reach a mutually agreeable settlement.

We promise to offer you the best advice we can during your consultation and to give our honest assessment of your situation so you can make the best decisions moving forward.

We currently offer both zoom and in person consultations, whichever you are more comfortable with.
